finished size: 24 " x 24" square / easy to enlarge by repeating your favorite sections
gauge: 22 sts per 4 inches using size 6 needle. Gauge is not super critical for this project.
yarn: 8 skeins weepaca by Big Bad Wool [50% fine washable merino / 50% baby alpaca; 95 yds / 86 m] 1 skein of 8 colors
tools: size 5, 6 & 7 (3.75, 4.0, 4.5 mm) 24” or longer circular needle [an interchangeable set is ideal for this project], 4 stitch markers, tapestry needle to weave ends.
Skills Recommended: cast on, knit, purl, slipping stitches, using markers, increases, decreases, color work, lace, bobbles, picot bind off, being able to read your work and work in pattern without the written pattern. Wet blocking is recommended at the beginning and at the end of this project.
