color wheel crochet blanket

finished size:  approximately 30" square before blocking

gauge:  size G (4.0 mm) crochet hook (adjust hook size as necessary to obtain a square which lays flat)

Exact gauge is not critical for this project.   

yarn:  weepaca by Big Bad Wool [50% fine washable merino/50% baby alpaca; 95 yds / 86 m]  

MC - 4 skeins for background (shown in raw white)

CC - 1 skein in 11 shades for center as shown:   butter, fried egg (discontinued), leaf, water, minty, blue eyes, koi, dream cycle (discontinued), coral, pink noses and lilac.  The color sequence for the inner 'wheel' flow from yellow, green, and blue, to orange, pink, and purple.  You can choose to do the opposite, or randomly pick colors as it suits you! 

Outside trim - 1 skein (shown in canoe)

Skills Recommended: previous crochet experience preferred or knowledge of crochet in the round, general seaming.
